You will play a vital role in supporting senior designers and acting as a central communication point, making a significant impact on seasonal product development.

**Responsibilities:**

* Transform senior designer sketches and concepts into detailed, production-ready Illustrator files.
* Proactively gather and organize material samples, swatches, and relevant design references.
* Develop compelling and cohesive mood boards to effectively communicate design direction and inspiration.
* Act as a key liaison, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the design team and broader organizational stakeholders.
* Create original design sketches, contributing to the initial conceptualization phase.
* Support the design team through various stages of the product development lifecycle.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* 5+ years of professional experience in apparel design.
* Demonstrated ability to create detailed and articulate design sketches.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Keynote.
* Proven experience in developing comprehensive and impactful mood boards.
* A professional portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative talent, including hand-drawn illustrations, computer sketches, and a clear focus on apparel design.
* A collaborative, supportive, and adaptable mindset with a positive, outgoing demeanor.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining positivity and flexibility to pivot as needed.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Familiarity with performance apparel, particularly within specific categories of athletic wear.
* Experience with 3D design software or Adobe Photoshop.
* Understanding of established design development processes within large, global organizations, enabling a quick and efficient onboarding.
