**About the Role:**

In this dynamic leadership position, you will be instrumental in guiding a team through the full lifecycle of project delivery, from conceptualization to deployment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and inspire a team to deliver projects efficiently, utilizing agile methodologies and best-in-class release practices.
* Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to plan and execute successful new project onboardings.
* Translate high-level architectural visions into detailed technical designs, providing expert guidance and oversight to the development team.
* Design, architect, and deploy sophisticated cloud-native applications on leading cloud platforms.
* Drive the integration and application of AI/Machine Learning models to enhance data analytics, visualization, and automation capabilities.
* Champion the use of AI-driven software development tools to boost team productivity, code quality, and documentation.
* Mentor and coach multiple teams, fostering technical growth and leadership across various organizational domains.
* Present complex architectural solutions and strategic proposals effectively to governance boards and key stakeholders.
* Maintain a relentless focus on quality and timely delivery, even under demanding schedules.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, guiding and overseeing engineering teams.
* Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Python.
* Proven experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications.
* Strong understanding of development systems and advanced systems design principles.
* Expertise in designing, architecting, and deploying cloud-native applications on enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
* Extensive experience with various relational and NoSQL database technologies.
* In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency with AI-Driven software development tools for productivity and code enhancement.
* Track record of successfully integrating AI/Machine Learning models to solve business and technical challenges.
* Exceptional collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to engaging with product management, architects, site reliability engineers, and other dependent teams.
* Ability to work effectively with internal, external, and offshore stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to engage subject matter experts, understand complex technical topics, and present well-reasoned solutions.
* A track record of creative problem-solving and crafting designs based on sound engineering principles.
