As a Supply Chain Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities across inventory management, planning, order processing, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to special projects, and help drive efficiencies through process optimization and technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inventory data, support forecasting and planning activities, and assist with order and credit management processes.
  • Support assembly and operational workflows to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other internal partners.
  • Contribute to special projects that support broader business and strategic objectives.
  • Bring fresh ideas and an innovative mindset to improve existing processes and ways of working.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a closely related field earned within the last 12 months.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with demonstrated cross-cultural awareness.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining calm and effective in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Engineering degree or relevant coursework.
