Aquent is partnering with a leading global e-commerce enterprise that is at the forefront of digital innovation, transforming how customers discover and engage with products. This dynamic organization is seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic evolution of its creator and influencer ecosystem. You will be instrumental in expanding a thriving content-to-commerce platform, directly shaping creator operations, ensuring brand safety, and cultivating unparalleled creator care within a rapidly expanding retail media network. Your impact will directly contribute to building a creator-centric culture and positioning the company as a leader in digital commerce.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Execute daily business operations for the creator and influencer channel, including iterative strategy, framework development, creator communications, and activation.
* Develop and implement strategies for brand safety, customer care, and marketing operations, ensuring an end-to-end premium service experience for creators.
* Forecast the economic impact of creator initiatives, refine roadmaps based on a robust measurement framework, and proactively minimize business risks.
* Proactively identify potential issues and risks to brand reputation and/or platforms, and develop and implement preventative measures.
* Determine creator care success benchmarks and establish effective methods for measurement and tracking.
* Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including business, product, technology, and design counterparts, to manage timelines and campaign execution.
* Champion a customer-centric approach in all campaigns and operational processes.
* Collaborate with product teams to understand product roadmaps and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates.

**What You’ll Bring:**
* A strong track record of driving collaborative success in previous roles.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related area such as influencer marketing, advertising, digital operations, e-commerce, or retail.
* Established industry relationships and proven experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations, particularly across media, retail, and/or e-commerce sectors.
* Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in various settings (phone calls, in-person meetings, follow-ups), coupled with a proactive “make things happen” attitude.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen ability to develop new processes and frameworks that enhance efficiency and scalability.
* A builder mentality, capable of initiating and developing programs from the ground up with minimal direction, and skilled in creating proactive strategic frameworks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.49 to $56.10. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
