Your expertise will accelerate the development of AI-assisted UX prototyping and internal tooling, making a tangible difference in the efficiency and creativity of our internal design studio.

We are seeking a visionary individual to join our internal design studio, a team dedicated to enhancing internal experiences through thoughtful UX design and research. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into functional, interactive prototypes, particularly focusing on AI-driven and agentic UX flows. You will not only build but also innovate, developing reusable internal UX tools and contributing to a shared platform that empowers designers and researchers across the organization. This is your chance to lead the charge in design enablement, supporting critical workflows and fostering experimentation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype agentic and AI-powered UX flows, including multi-turn interactions, reasoning, fallbacks, and orchestration, utilizing specialized prototyping tools and lightweight internal sandboxes.
  • Develop and iterate on interactive prototypes suitable for comprehensive research, compelling demonstrations, and seamless engineering handoffs.
  • Create reusable internal UX tooling, such as design tool plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts/agents, to enhance design critique, suggest patterns, scaffold flows, and summarize weekly updates.
  • Build, maintain, and help host a centralized internal Agentic UX space, curating agentic UX patterns, reusable prototypes, and research insights for broad consumption and reuse within the Studio.
  • Contribute valuable examples, patterns, and reusable assets—including documentation, prototypes, and workflows—to the shared Agentic UX Platform.
  • Document implementations thoroughly and provide essential knowledge transfer to the Studio, ensuring the longevity and widespread reuse of your contributions.
  • Adhere strictly to security and compliance requirements for all internal tooling and data handling.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of JavaScript and front end development experience (including Figma plugins)
  • Strong experience in data-driven software design and development.
  • Proven experience building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows and/or Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with designers and researchers in fast-paced iteration cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience building tools or prototypes using advanced AI models.
  • Experience with leading AI platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tool plugin development.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered rapid prototyping tools.
