**Ignite Your Impact: What You’ll Do**

As a key player in our communications team, you will be at the heart of our global operational functions, crafting and executing strategies that resonate across our enterprise. You’ll drive significant impact by:

* Collaborating with multiple global stakeholders across operational functions and other enterprise teams to develop, execute, and cross-collaborate on compelling communication strategies.
* Leading the development and execution of integrated communication plans for global operations, including key internal milestones, leadership forums, newsletters, and supplier communications, to engage employees, create awareness, and drive action.
* Serving as a vital conduit between corporate communications and leadership within operational divisions, proactively identifying optimal timing and methods for communication and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
* Partnering with relevant teams to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and ongoing collateral, piloting adjustments and new mechanisms for continuous improvement.
* Providing essential support for executive leadership communications as needed, including drafting internal messages, preparing talking points, and assisting with quarterly leadership forums and other key leadership events.
* Supporting the seamless execution of major events, including critical supplier gatherings.
* Infusing the company’s overarching narrative and tone into all communications, ensuring alignment with its purpose, mission, vision, and values.

You are a dynamic and strategic communicator ready to make a difference. Your skills and experience include:

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* An individual contributor who is curious about our business, confident and responsive when working with executives, and comfortable collaborating across diverse time zones.
* Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in corporate communications.
* Superb, persuasive writing skills.
* Proven experience on an executive communications team.
* Proficiency in executive presentations and reports.
* Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
* A proven track record of working effectively in a cross-functional communications environment.
* Demonstrated agility in juggling multiple projects under deadline, optimizing resources, and self-prioritizing work.
* Creative and innovative, with the ability to move from concept to ideation to execution, and a strong bias for action.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, and defining KPIs to showcase data-driven results.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in international business and/or global operational functions.
