**What You’ll Do:**

* Perform a wide array of complex administrative functions, supporting various levels of management and external partners.
* Masterfully manage intricate schedules and calendars, ensuring optimal time utilization for leaders.
* Efficiently coordinate travel arrangements and meticulously process business expenses.
* Organize and execute successful meetings and events, from planning to post-event follow-up.
* Manage departmental financial operations, including budget tracking for morale events and travel, and processing expense report approvals.
* Oversee personnel and facility operations, ensuring a well-maintained and supportive work environment.
* Handle the procurement of essential goods and services, such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials, while managing vendor relationships.
* Provide comprehensive general office support, acting as a central point of contact for the team.
* Contribute to significant projects, including supporting organizational transitions to new office spaces and streamlining day-to-day operational processes.
* Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
