Exciting opportunity to join our leading fintech client who is looking to add a talented Art Director to its in house agency team who is growing!

The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization has a mission to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for our leading fintech client through differentiated and innovative Ideas, products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences.

Our client’s In-House Creative agency is on a journey for an exciting expansion. We are focused on developing forward-thinking ideas and working across channels, end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a 360, integrated Freelance Art Director who has experience bringing work to life in video as well as social and digital channels. This role calls for attention to detail along with the ability to successfully communicate and work across different teams/stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to get up to speed quickly and work fast.

  • Execute work to the highest of standards and craft
  • Concept 360, integrated work including assisting in scripting videos and developing visual solutions for social/digital
  • Build storyboards, assist in pre-production/post-production for video 
  • Develop visual solutions that are strategically sound and consistent with the brand, guidelines, and visual tone

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-4 years of art direction experience within a creative agency or in-house setting
  • Ability to develop high-quality visual work across a variety of assets that align with brand guidelines and visual tone
  • Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Be passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • A “maker” mentality, be curious and not afraid to try new methods

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $65.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
