In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of developing sophisticated proposals and presentations that showcase the firm’s differentiated wealth management experience. You will collaborate extensively across the organization, distilling complex financial information into clear, persuasive content that resonates with discerning clients. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining the proposal process, enabling business development leaders to effectively compete for and secure valuable client relationships. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication and organizational skills to lead the creation of impactful sales materials, directly influencing the firm’s success in a competitive market.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Collaborate with various cross-functional teams across the organization to gather essential information and insights.
* Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s client segments, services, and offerings, identifying key market opportunities.
* Lead the development of compelling written proposals and strategic storylines, partnering with field representatives and internal stakeholders to secure business from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.
* Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to distill complex information and formulate clear recommendations.
* Work collaboratively with business development leaders, effectively managing content slides and integrating portfolio analysis reports to support the proposal process.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
* A client-centric approach, consistently prioritizing client needs and aligning actions with service objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and format content slides, creating clear, high-quality presentations that support business objectives and engage stakeholders.
* Exceptional detail-orientation, superior organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and efficiently meet deadlines independently.
* Strong understanding of financial services offerings.
* Proven experience in building relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and craft compelling storylines.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse partners, a proactive, can-do attitude, and high adaptability.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, product/program management, sales operations, or client experience.
* Experience within the financial services industry.
