We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our team, playing a crucial role in launching and scaling a new organization focused on service management. You will be instrumental in driving and executing high-impact programs, supporting innovation in cutting-edge technologies, and managing initiatives that optimize customer engagement and utilization. **What You’ll Do:**
* Lead and manage key priorities, including reactive accountability, community engagement, and action follow-up, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Drive and execute customer success programs, contributing to strategic initiatives focused on customer health and innovation.
* Support and accelerate the adoption of advanced technology solutions, contributing to usage and consumption strategies.
* Develop clear and impactful documentation, presentations, and communication materials for various stakeholders.
* Analyze trends, identify opportunities for productivity improvements, and lead pilot programs to test new approaches.
* Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across various functional areas, fostering strong relationships and alignment.
* Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring smooth program progression and supporting both proactive and reactive customer engagements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management methodologies, including change management.
**What You’ll Bring:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor’s degree is essential for this role.
* At least 2 years of strong program and project management experience, demonstrating the ability to drive and execute complex initiatives.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in relationship and stakeholder management, with a track record of successfully collaborating with diverse groups.
* At least 2 years of experience in visual documentation and presentation creation, skilled in developing clear, compelling, and impactful materials.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Program management certifications (e.g., PMP/PMI) are a plus.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude.
* A passion for technology and its application in driving business value.
* Exceptional collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and shared success.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with speed and efficiency.
