You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business presence within our ecosystem, making a tangible difference in how companies interact with and succeed through our platforms.

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in solving complex design problems that balance large advertiser needs, technical constraints, and business priorities. This role offers immediate, high-impact projects where your expertise will directly influence UX strategy and drive joint success through close collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will contribute to creating scalable solutions and frameworks that serve as foundational elements for multiple teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for all users.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Simplify complex concepts for a diverse range of clients and advertisers, making advanced tools accessible and understandable.
* Develop and implement strategies to create consistent access pathways for advertisers across our ecosystem.
* Improve optimal business setup through straightforward experiences, streamlined onboarding processes, and innovative self-serve tools.
* Shape UX strategy by applying your content expertise to influence design decisions and product direction.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive direction, strategy, and execution across multiple teams.
* Establish and enforce content standards to ensure quality, consistency, and a seamless user experience.
* Create scalable content solutions and frameworks that can be leveraged as foundations for future development and team growth.

**Must-Have:**

* A strong portfolio showcasing your content strategy and UX/UI expertise.
* Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and domain management.
* Industry knowledge regarding first-party and third-party tools.
* Proven technical writing experience, with a focus on Plain Language specification.
* Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor’s degree required.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) or enterprise tooling.
