Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level qualitative interviews with top legal executives and litigators.
  • Adapt interviewing techniques to engage reserved or challenging subjects effectively.
  • Brief oneself on the client’s background, rankings, and industry context prior to interviews.
  • Manage the entire interview scheduling process, including initial outreach via email and follow-up phone calls.
  • Maintain detailed tracking sheets for all communications and scheduled appointments.
  • Transcribe interview responses accurately into a survey platform (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
  • Send professional thank you notes to interviewees using standard templates.
  • Utilize a dedicated email account for all interview-related communications.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive senior-level experience conducting qualitative interviews with executives or high-profile professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and extract valuable information from reserved or challenging subjects.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for scheduling, tracking, and transcribing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
  • Ability to work independently and manage a variable workload.
  •  Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
  • Prior experience in market research, consulting, or legal sectors is highly advantageous.
