Are you a creative visionary with a keen eye for color and pattern? We’re seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic design team and play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic direction of our seasonal collections! This is an incredible opportunity to contribute directly to the visual identity of beloved products, influencing trends and delighting customers worldwide. You’ll be instrumental in bringing artistic concepts to life, translating inspiration into tangible designs that define our brand’s unique voice, and seeing your work come to life in our collections.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Collaborate on the development of seasonal color palettes, print concepts, and pattern designs for various programs.
* Contribute to creating compelling presentation boards and visual aids that communicate design concepts and product proposals.
* Execute and refine creative artwork, including colorways, prints, and patterns, through pitching and editing processes.
* Develop detailed CAD designs and explanatory visuals to guide external manufacturing partners.
* Serve as a key point of contact for ongoing communication with vendors and other external partners.
* Maintain and organize a comprehensive database of color and print assets.
* Interpret and adapt broader trend directions into specific design proposals for our product lines.
* Conduct thorough research into current trends, competitive landscapes, and runway analysis to inform design concepts.
* Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of design samples and materials, ensuring efficient workflow for design and production teams.
* Maintain a meticulously organized design library, facilitating easy access to historical data, techniques, and approved samples, supporting the overall design approval process.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art and Fashion or equivalent professional experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in a relevant design role.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
* Basic knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A proactive, self-starting attitude.
* A quick and enthusiastic learner.
* Some knowledge or experience working with fabric, fashion materials, color theory, and print design.
* A strong balance of technical skills and creative aptitude.
* Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects.
