**What You Will Do:**
In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise to elevate our operational excellence and market presence. You will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class and our teams are equipped for success. Your contributions will include:

* Establishing and documenting best practices for process applications, creating a standardized framework for excellence.
* Developing and leading comprehensive training programs for field representatives, enhancing their technical capabilities.
* Providing expert support for troubleshooting and conducting audits at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
* Designing and implementing essential tools to empower our field teams in better serving our customers.
* Becoming a recognized technical leader in the field of industrial process treatment.
* Actively participating in professional organizations, representing our commitment to industry advancement.
* Developing a clear, executable strategy based on a deep understanding of complex process markets to strengthen our leadership position.
* Collaborating closely with field representatives to identify customer needs and competitive landscapes, continuously improving our offerings.
* Conducting regular strategic analyses (SWOT) of industry trends, segments, customers, and sites to refine our solutions.
* Partnering with product management teams to support product portfolios and pricing strategies driven by market analytics.
* Creating compelling field collateral to effectively sell and support customer engagements.
* Managing the lifecycle of new offerings from ideation and development through field trials and commercialization, in collaboration with R&D and other functional groups.
* Facilitating knowledge sharing activities across the organization.
* Leading global cadences with process-focused teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and technical personnel.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or biology.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex industrial process treatment.
* Exceptional communication skills and the proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders, translating complex needs into actionable outcomes.
* Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand profit & loss statements and make recommendations aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites (anticipated at 50% or greater).
