We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Program & Channel Manager to help with the end-to-end management of social channels and efforts – this could include creator programs, paid media, evergreen campaigns, measurement and community management. This role will be responsible for connecting cross-functional teams and agency partners, driving reporting and insights, and ensuring operational excellence across channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator with strong program management skills, a passion for digital engagement, and the ability to balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
• Community Management Oversight: Partner with internal teams and agencies to provide escalation support, maintain engagement standards, and monitor community health.
• Reporting & Insights: Partner with internal teams and agencies to build and deliver monthly/quarterly reports with performance data, trends, and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Partnerships: Serve as a key liaison between internal partner teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
• Strategic Operations & Channel Support: Partner with internal teams and agencies to manage budgets, timelines, and operational processes; provide channel-level project management support.
• Paid Media & Evergreen Campaigns: Partner with internal teams and agencies to manage execution, monitor budgets, and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in program management, digital marketing, or channel operations (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of creator/influencer programs, paid media, evergreen content, social strategies and community management best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data, build reports, and surface actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Sprinklr, or other social/paid media platforms is a plus.
