We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to drive the quality assurance aspects of our product development lifecycle. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the user experience and ensuring the robustness of our software. You will contribute directly to key projects by meticulously evaluating product functionality and performance, collaborating closely with design and development teams to refine and perfect our offerings. Your analytical insights and commitment to quality will be crucial in bringing innovative products to market that truly resonate with our users.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Review software requirements comprehensively and prepare detailed test scenarios to ensure thorough coverage.
* Execute rigorous tests on software usability, functionality, and performance across various platforms.
* Analyze test results meticulously, identifying and documenting database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues.
* Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports on all aspects of software testing, providing critical feedback and recommendations to the design and development teams.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand product vision and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Champion quality best practices throughout the product development process, influencing design and engineering decisions.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Seven to ten years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related product delivery role.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into effective test plans and scenarios.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying and diagnosing software defects and usability challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
