**What You’ll Do:**

* Cultivate a welcoming and professional atmosphere, extending a warm greeting to all guests, clients, and team members.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, expertly taking and fulfilling beverage orders.
* Masterfully prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, various teas, and other specialty concoctions.
* Maintain an impeccably clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, including the café seating area, adhering to the highest standards.
* Exercise diligent oversight of beverage supplies and inventory, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and resourcefulness in managing stock.
* Proactively track and order essential café and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins, and cups, to ensure seamless operations.
* Navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work setting with grace, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure the optimal functioning of beverage equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and coffee makers.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally with a focus on beverage preparation.
* Proficiency in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialized coffee and tea drinks.
* A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization within a café environment.
* Ability to manage inventory efficiently, including tracking, ordering, and stocking supplies with a focus on resourcefulness.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
* Basic understanding and ability to perform routine maintenance on beverage equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to create positive interactions.
