• Create new assortments and maintain start/stop inventory dates for existing assortments impacted by retrofits and enhancement projects.
• Maintain master databases of branded and animated space by store and fixture for an assigned portion of the U.S. fleet.

Store Enhancements & Project Management

• Support the planning and execution of multiple store enhancement projects with varied timelines and scope.
• Execute the master process timeline and ensure all team deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Build strong regional knowledge of assigned stores to inform planning and ensure accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Property Development, Purchasing & Procurement, Retail Operations, Visual Marketing, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless retrofit and enhancement execution.
• Analyze brand productivity and door-level performance to influence merchandising strategy and branding decisions.
• Apply working knowledge of capital expenditure budgets to identify sales-driving opportunities and cost-saving efficiencies.

• Strong sense of urgency and effective time management; able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data management).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions without complete information.
• Analytical problem-solver who can think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills with ability to partner across merchant teams, cross-functional groups, and field leadership.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative team player.
