About the Role
We’re seeking a visionary, highly skilled UX professional to own outcomes for complex programs and new areas of exploration. You will define scalable, sustainable approaches to challenging problems, establish long-term user experience and product strategies, and guide multiple adjacent design efforts. This role requires deep expertise in UX design principles, user-centered methodologies, design systems, and research tools. You will apply both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution to shape products that truly resonate with users.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design for complex projects, ensuring a holistic, cross-team approach.
• Collaborate with engineers to articulate design intent, negotiate solutions, and guide implementation of design specifications, mock-ups, and product models.
• Develop and propose innovative data and metrics to assess product impact, analyze user trends, and understand broader industry shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement through UX testing and stakeholder feedback, engaging partners to achieve product goals.
• Build alignment for design strategies across diverse stakeholders, communicating clearly and addressing potential challenges early.
• Contribute to project prioritization and coordinate resource allocation based on overarching goals.
• Create design solutions rooted in user insights, business needs, and industry trends to support key performance indicators.
• Anticipate evolving constraints and provide clear rationale behind design decisions.
• Guide designers in crafting concepts for ideation and research, or independently conduct research to support design direction.
• Apply, adapt, and define UX frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems based on product or platform requirements.
• Use advanced writing and design tools to visualize ideas, create mock-ups, and develop prototypes aligned with style guides and accessibility standards.
• Propose strategic ideas to elevate user experience by anticipating user needs and resolving constraints across strategy, product, or technology.

Minimum Qualifications
• Proven ability in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
• Strong knowledge of product design principles and best practices.
• Expertise in interactive technology.
• Experience with UX research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly developed aesthetic sensibility.
• Deep understanding of user behavior.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities.
• High level of craftsmanship in design execution.
