In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing infrastructure pricing operations, driving data-driven decisions, and ensuring seamless product launches, directly influencing the efficiency and success of core business initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and maintaining robust operational processes within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in high-impact infrastructure pricing operations, working alongside diverse stakeholders in a dynamic setting. As a key player, you will contribute to vital projects involving commerce systems, support operational tasks for product launches, and gain hands-on experience with advanced data tools. This part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week (M-F, 4 hours per day), offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by delivering essential data operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring operational readiness for critical business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement SQL data pipeline setup plans to ensure efficient data flow.
* Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, providing comprehensive and actionable insights.
* Conduct trend analysis and summarize key insights to support strategic business planning.
* Manage documentation and version control updates for all data operations processes.
* Execute launch data validation checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate systems updates across various internal platforms for operational readiness.
* Generate operational compliance reports to uphold standards and regulations.
* Develop stakeholder alignment plans and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
* Prepare meeting coordination packs and maintain monthly action-item trackers.
* Update project trackers and compile monthly and quarterly review readiness summaries.
* Document processes and establish best practices for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Exceptional project management capabilities, including strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* A proactive mindset, consistently meeting deadlines and managing time-sensitive tasks.
* A detail-oriented approach with a proven ability to work meticulously with numbers and intricate details.
* Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SQL database management, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
* Highly operation and execution driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver results quickly.
* A willingness to learn complex processes, adapt to ambiguity, and drive personal and professional growth.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* Previous experience working within a large, fast-paced technology company.
* Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
* Experience with dashboard navigation and a strong understanding of pricing operations.
