What You’ll Do
- Strategic Marketing & Insights: Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and develop innovative insights for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Campaign Leadership: Manage and optimize medium- to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to achieve OKRs and meet user needs.
- Product & Go-to-Market Strategy: Evaluate product improvements, define user lifecycle strategies, map critical user journeys, and develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Content & Brand Development: Create compelling marketing content, develop brand positioning, and iterate with cross-functional teams for final publication.
- Market Opportunity & Metrics: Validate market size and opportunities, define and track quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics.
- User Advocacy: Integrate user insights into product development and marketing strategies, advocate for in-product engagement and experience improvements.
- DEI & Inclusive Leadership: Foster a climate of belonging and psychological safety, encourage inclusive decision-making, mitigate biases, and act as a diversity change agent.
