We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for driving complex technical initiatives from conception to completion. This pivotal role requires strategic insight, program leadership, and the ability to influence critical programs that shape the future of our client’s offerings. You will orchestrate intricate technical projects, ensure seamless execution across diverse teams, and deliver high-impact results.
In this role, you will manage advanced technical programs end-to-end, define strategies, mitigate risks, and cultivate cross-functional alignment. Your ability to navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement will be essential to delivering innovative solutions and optimizing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive program charters outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
• Build detailed project plans that phase work clearly, identify risks and dependencies, and provide transparent visibility into program constraints.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
• Optimize program team roles and responsibilities to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Manage and resolve program escalations through proactive collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across multiple teams, assessing impact and addressing tooling or process challenges.
• Create and implement predictable program communication strategies tailored to different stakeholders.
• Represent the program team across all relevant communication channels and operational touchpoints.
• Lead execution of change-management initiatives, including impact analysis, rollout planning, and alignment tracking.
• Identify and gather essential program data, maintaining meticulous project trackers and status reports.
• Drive program tasks, manage dependencies, and embed Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust principles.
• Establish strong governance structures, including mitigations, postmortems, escalations, and productive team meetings.
• Define program phasing and key metrics that support continuous improvement and resource stewardship.
• Establish checkpoints to assess progress and communicate pivots with clear business rationale.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Proven proficiency in team management.
• Expertise in communications management within program or technical program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing organizational change in a program/TPM environment.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced planning skills for program or technical program management.
• Exceptional technical judgment.
• Extensive experience in execution and governance for program or technical program management.
• Proficiency in portfolio management within a program/TPM context.
• Strong track record of driving continuous improvement in a program/TPM setting.
