**About the Role**

As a Voluntary Reporting Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and managing critical content for our client’s annual corporate responsibility report. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a high-profile project, helping to streamline internal processes and elevate the company’s communication strategy. You will collaborate with diverse teams, bringing your expertise in corporate responsibility and content strategy to life, and directly contribute to the company’s reputation and transparency efforts.

**What You’ll Do**

* Lead content planning and strategy for key voluntary reporting initiatives.
* Develop and manage impactful content, ensuring alignment with corporate responsibility directives and sustainability frameworks.
* Benchmark industry best practices and peer reporting to inform content strategy.
* Draft compelling content proposals and outlines, preparing presentation materials to secure buy-in from internal stakeholders.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to gather information and ensure project alignment.
* Draft content for various data indices, including those aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative.
* Work within defined editorial guidelines, adapting to changing circumstances and incorporating iterative feedback flexibly.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Adhere to company policies and standards throughout the engagement.

**What You’ll Bring**

* 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications.
* Strong understanding of corporate responsibility principles and frameworks.
* Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) space.
* Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) professional certification.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop clear, impactful content.
* Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a team.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* A commitment to the temporary nature of this project-based role.
