We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to join our team as a key contributor to the execution of compelling game narratives and the development of intricate narrative systems. In this pivotal role, you will ideate, prototype, implement, and polish groundbreaking story-based experiences, collaborating closely with a diverse group of designers, developers, and artists to seamlessly integrate story and gameplay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ideate, prototype, implement, and polish innovative story-based experiences.
* Contribute to the execution of game stories.
* Develop narrative systems for campaign and multiplayer modes.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to ensure seamless integration of story and gameplay.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Degree in Art, Game Design, or a related field, combined with 3+ years of relevant internship or work experience (e.g., game development and design, systems design, content production), or equivalent practical experience.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience shipping at least one title in a technical design capacity (e.g., narrative, mission design, gameplay design).
* Proficiency with a major game engine and strong knowledge of visual scripting (experience with specific engines is a plus).
* Comfortable with rapid prototyping to evaluate new gameplay features and tools.
* Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling and a genuine interest in advancing the medium creatively.
