**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Partnering with change managers to meticulously document change interventions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
* Creating compelling presentations, talking points, and communications in close collaboration with the Change and Communications team.
* Collaborating with communications and training teams to guarantee consistent messaging across all platforms and initiatives.
* Managing content calendars and communications plans to ensure timely and strategic delivery of information.
* Ensuring brand and messaging consistency across all materials, upholding the organization’s voice and identity.
* Providing essential support for event coordination, contributing to successful and impactful gatherings.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in communications, change management support, or a related field.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and communication materials.
