We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Content Strategist to join their team and influence how users interact with essential digital platforms. In this pivotal role, you will help transform complex technical information into clear, accessible, jargon-free content that improves the experience of millions of users globally.
You will manage and evolve content across key digital platforms, drive strategy for product-related updates, and ensure public-facing information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and business teams to deliver content that sets a high standard for clarity, quality, and usability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Craft, refine, and publish compelling content for user support platforms, translating complex information into simple, jargon-free language aligned with brand voice.
- Lead the content strategy for product updates within digital assistance portals, incorporating feedback from marketing, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards, delivering precise, impactful, user-centric content.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting ambitious publishing deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of digital content writing and content management experience, including CMS and HTML proficiency.
- Strong track record collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, public-facing content.
- Proven ability to meet tight publishing deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience crafting technical or educational guides for consumer and business audiences.
- Prior experience in a global technology company or digital-focused industry.
- Familiarity with marketing or communications industries.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
