**What You Will Do:**
* Lead the comprehensive solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery for Source-to-Pay platforms, incorporating intelligent automation across integrated systems.
* Leverage excellent technical and functional configuration expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) Source-to-Pay modules, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, Collaborative Supply Chain, and Materials Management (Direct and Indirect).
* Actively participate in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, providing essential functional insights to technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Configure and implement Source-to-Pay solutions globally, including approval workflows, custom field setups, chart of accounts, purchase order forms, catalog management, supplier and item setup, user management, and security roles.
* Demonstrate extensive experience in configuring and managing data loads for Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing Master Data (Supplier, Materials, Accounting), and Catalog Management.
* Facilitate seamless integration and data mapping between Source-to-Pay platforms and legacy ERP systems for transactional and master data interfaces.
* Develop functional specification documents for custom enhancements (WRICEF objects).
* Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and provide robust support for client testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Solve complex business challenges by architecting innovative IT solutions in close collaboration with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, and cross-functional teams.
* Provide expert advice to business partners on the strategic implications of standard or new ERP solutions.
* Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies, building and sustaining meaningful business relationships.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience within an end-user industry, IT consulting, systems integration, or IT product environment.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or significantly contributing to procurement transformations at an enterprise scale.
* A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy qualification.
* Minimum of 7 years of hands-on configuration experience in Coupa and SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management.
* Proven experience in configuration, testing, and implementation of Coupa.
* Participation in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics-led business transformation.
* Demonstrated experience with Coupa and SAP S/4HANA global implementation or equivalent next-generation business transformation projects.
* High learning agility with an outcome-oriented and transformative mindset, consistently bringing forward best-in-class data, process, and technical designs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to constructively challenge and assert ideas.
* Experience in creating and reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams, including working effectively with vendor partners.
* Experience working in a global setup with peers, leaders, and teams across geographies, and the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural context.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Post-graduate diploma or MBA with a specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution.
* Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas such as Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or Finance.
* Formal training and certification in SAP Functional modules.
