We’re seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Researcher to join our client’s team as a key contributor to their user experience initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll shape product strategy and decision-making through expert research insights—directly influencing the direction of future innovations. Your work will elevate user experience, drive user-centric thinking, and foster a culture of empathy across cross-functional teams.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll leverage your deep UX research expertise to lead moderately complex projects with significant autonomy. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide product teams and stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations and champion inclusive design practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose innovative, research-driven ideas to enhance products and services.
  • Drive user-centric thinking to overcome strategic and technological challenges through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Advocate for inclusive research and design practices to ensure accessibility and equity.
  • Analyze and synthesize user, product, and business needs to guide product strategy.
  • Craft and communicate impactful research findings and insights that balance user and business perspectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify the visibility and adoption of research outcomes.
  • Identify and use key metrics to evaluate the impact of products and services across the ecosystem.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of business goals, user trends, and the competitive landscape to inform decisions.
  • Contribute to project prioritization, resource planning, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify user needs and business opportunities with empathy and insight.
  • Evolve and adapt research strategies for large or complex projects to anticipate future needs.
  • Execute qualitative and quantitative analyses, including strategic surveys and frameworks.
  • Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research-based, user-focused solutions.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interactive technology
  • Expertise in ethical UX research principles and practices
  • Strong command of UX research methodologies
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of human and user behavior
