As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in crafting the visual identity of our brand, from high-impact cinematic campaigns to agile social content. You will bring creative concepts to life, shaping how the world perceives our innovative solutions and mission. Your expertise will not only define the aesthetic quality of our content but also inspire and guide others in best practices, fostering a culture of visual excellence.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead visual content creation for brand campaigns, customer stories, internal communications, and social media initiatives.
* Design and implement sophisticated lighting setups that enhance mood, tone, and brand aesthetic across various environments, including studio, corporate, outdoor, and specialized settings.
* Collaborate seamlessly with producers, directors, editors, and designers to translate creative visions into stunning visual realities.
* Operate and maintain a range of production cameras, from cinema-grade equipment to agile setups, ensuring content is perfectly tailored for each platform.
* Translate brand vision into precise shot design, dynamic camera movement, and impactful framing, ensuring unwavering consistency in our visual identity.
* Develop and manage comprehensive shotlists with producers and directors, proactively addressing creative and technical requirements.
* Champion innovation by experimenting with new formats, camera rigs, and emerging trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and social-forward.
* Support the acquisition, maintenance, and setup of essential gear and studio spaces, ensuring the team is always equipped for top-tier production.
* Mentor and guide junior crew members or freelancers, sharing best practices in lighting, camera operation, and the art of visual storytelling.
* Partner with marketing stakeholders to align on creative objectives and technical execution, ensuring cohesive messaging.
* Collaborate with post-production teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow from production to final delivery.
* Contribute to vendor evaluation and crew hiring for larger productions, upholding high-quality standards for all external partners.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6-8+ years of professional experience in visual content creation across branded content, commercial, corporate, and social media.
* Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating a strong foundation in visual arts.
* A compelling portfolio showcasing mastery of lighting, composition, and camera movement across a diverse range of genres and formats.
* Proven ability to seamlessly transition between high-production cinematic campaigns and rapid-turnaround social content.
* Deep expertise with industry-standard cinema cameras, lenses, rigs, drones, and comprehensive lighting equipment.
* Strong knowledge of color pipelines, frame rates, codecs, and camera workflows optimized for post-production.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools for basic editing and color preparation.
* Exceptional on-set problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to evolving conditions.
* A profound passion for visual storytelling and a highly developed creative sensibility.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with still photography and integrated photo/video workflows.
* Knowledge of motion control rigs, gimbals, or virtual production techniques.
* Familiarity with motion graphics and VFX collaboration.
* Background in tech or lifestyle brands.
* Experience directing or coaching on-camera talent.
* A combined passion for traditional filmmaking techniques and modern social media aesthetics.
