About the Role
We’re seeking tech-savvy HR professionals who excel at supporting HR operations through system expertise, data accuracy, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments where precision matters.
What You’ll Do
- Audit timesheets and pay-related data; enter and update employee records in HCM systems
 - Process retroactive pay adjustments and resolve pay inquiries promptly
 - Support attendance management and timekeeping processes
 - Complete HR case management tasks using ServiceNow or similar platforms
 - Participate in data clean-up projects and system implementation initiatives
 - Maintain data integrity across multiple HR systems
 - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders at all organizational levels
 - Support various HR operational functions including payroll, benefits, and compliance
 
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- 1-3+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist or HR operations experience preferred)
 - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
 - Experience with payroll, benefits, wage and hour support, or time and attendance management
 
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG Pro WFM, ServiceNow, or Greenhouse)
 - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
 - Strong systems aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies

 - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

 - Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs
 
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
 - Direct experience with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos systems
 - HR Generalist experience in service delivery or operations environments
 - Experience supporting fulfillment center or distribution operations
