We’re seeking a Production UI/UX Designer to join our team supporting a major healthcare client. This role will focus on the Patient Support Program, specifically enhancing the patient and provider portals. The ideal candidate is an expert in Figma, deeply skilled in UI/UX design, and comfortable working within agile delivery processes and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to produce polished, production-ready digital designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality digital design delivery in Figma, including exception flows, responsive breakpoints, and Creative Approval Committee (CAC) preparation and iterations
- Prepare and annotate design files for CAC review, present designs, and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Maintain organized design files and support development handoffs when not engaged in CAC-related work
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all UI deliverables using our customized Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX strategists, developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless user experiences
Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, responsive layouts, version control)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for accessible, user-centered design
- Experience designing with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) or similar enterprise-level design systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80 to $85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
