In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in:
* **Strategic Program Leadership:** Independently defining, driving, and owning comprehensive program charters that encompass scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and risk management for moderately complex programs. You will translate ambitious goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones, determining the optimal level of program management required for each initiative.
* **Structured Planning & Execution:** Crafting detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete, stakeholder-aligned phases, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and constraints. You will establish effective program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement, including robust resource stewardship, and optimize regular checkpoints and performance dashboards.
* **Influential Communication & Alignment:** Designing and delivering optimized communication strategies, including executive and key partner communications, to articulate program vision and progress across all touchpoints. You will ensure stakeholders are fully aligned on strategic program pivots.
* **Proactive Change Management:** Anticipating change management needs and independently developing comprehensive rollout plans, including impact analysis. You will proactively drive necessary pivots, monitor the progress of change initiatives, resolve misalignments, and define future change management requirements.
* **Senior Stakeholder Engagement:** Building and nurturing trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making, resolve prioritization conflicts, and proactively manage program escalations.
* **Data-Driven Governance:** Independently determining and collecting the necessary data to govern programs effectively and inform stakeholder decisions. You will maintain project trackers and status reports, identify and execute program tasks, proactively manage dependencies, and integrate values such as Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
* **Operational Excellence:** Creating automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring, defining robust program governance structures that include effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports, and leading impactful program stakeholder meetings.

Client Description
As a Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.
Responsibilities include:
– Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.
– Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
– Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
– Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments. Define future change management needs.
– Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making. Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations.
– Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings.
