**About the Role:**
As a senior User Experience Researcher, you will be at the forefront of understanding user needs and translating them into actionable strategies. You will be instrumental in guiding product development, advocating for user-centric design, and ensuring that products are not only functional but also deeply intuitive and inclusive. Your work will directly shape key initiatives, influence strategic decisions, and elevate the overall user experience for millions.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Propose innovative ideas to enhance products and services, leveraging research-driven insights and recommendations.
* Drive user-centric thinking to overcome challenges in strategy, product, or technology, fostering collaborative solutions.
* Champion inclusive research and design practices, promoting the creation of accessible and equitable products.
* Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing insights about user, product, service, and business needs.
* Develop and communicate comprehensive research findings, insights, and recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
* Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.
* Leverage a deep understanding of business goals, user trends, and industry landscape to inform research-driven decision-making.
* Contribute to the development of project priorities, coordinate resource allocation, and proactively remove roadblocks to progress.
* Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating strong empathy for both users and business objectives.
* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting research strategies for complex projects or programs.
* Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for intricate research initiatives, including defining qualitative/quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.
* Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research-based, user-centric solutions.
* Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to partners and stakeholders, addressing and anticipating their questions.

* Demonstrated proficiency in interactive technology.
* Expertise in ethical UX research principles and practices.
* Strong command of UX research methodology.
* Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.
* Deep knowledge of human and user behavior.
