We are seeking an expert User Experience professional to become a trusted, senior member of a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, your research-driven insights will directly influence product strategy, drive user-centric thinking, and champion inclusive design practices, shaping the future of how users interact with cutting-edge technology on a massive scale.

**About the Role:**

As a senior member of the team, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods to lead moderately complex projects with significant autonomy. You’ll be instrumental in guiding product strategy, fostering innovation, and advocating for user needs across the product development lifecycle. **What You’ll Do:**

  • Propose and implement research-driven ideas to enhance products and services, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive user-centric thinking to overcome strategic, product, or technological challenges, fostering collaborative solutions.
  • Champion inclusive research and design practices, promoting the creation of accessible and equitable products.
  • Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.
  • Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, maximizing impact and visibility.
  • Develop and utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with overarching goals and coordinate resource allocation.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand responsibilities and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure project progress.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify user needs and business opportunities, guiding product and business objectives with empathy.
  • Evolve and adapt research strategies for complex projects or programs, anticipating evolving user needs and research opportunities.
  • Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining qualitative/quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.
  • Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research-based, user-centric solutions.
  • Present research insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders, expertly addressing questions and challenges.

**What You’ll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):**

  • Proficiency in interactive technology.
  • Expertise in ethical UX research practices.
  • Strong command of UX research methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of human/user behavior principles.
  • Skilled in UX storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience with robust research processes.
  • Familiarity with UX systems thinking.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91 to $107. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
