**About the Opportunity:**

* Analyze and Synthesize: Analyze diverse qualitative and quantitative data, creating compelling reports, scorecards, video compilations, and other artifacts. Sense-make across various data sources, prioritize issues, track impact, and connect findings across user journeys and multiple studies to strengthen confidence and persuasiveness.
* Impactful Storytelling: Produce powerful research artifacts that clearly articulate top findings, research approaches, and actionable next steps for product teams. Connect research findings to broader user and business contexts, fostering a culture of empathy and customer obsession.
* Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest standards of responsible and ethical research practices and ensure good data management.
* Navigate Ambiguity: Transform ambiguous research requests or questions into clear, actionable plans.
