We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to fill a pivotal role that will directly influence the expansion of our critical infrastructure. As a key contributor, you will drive the timely and cost-effective delivery of essential real estate and utility access, making a tangible impact on our foundational growth and operational excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing the resources needed to power future innovations and ensure seamless operations.
**What you’ll do:**
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure vital easements for utilities.
* Engage in strategic negotiations with landowners and effectively manage external supplier relationships.
* Proactively identify and mitigate stakeholder risks, providing crucial support for site selection processes.
* Oversee and streamline legal workflows associated with easement agreements.
* Ensure meticulous documentation and information flow to meet critical project deadlines and objectives.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in infrastructure real estate and Right-of-Way easement negotiation.
* Demonstrated strong organizational and project management capabilities.
* Proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes and utility routing.
* Exceptional executive presence and highly effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in Office tools.
* Fluent in business English.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in large-scale organization and international real estate projects.
* Familiarity with project scheduling tools.
* Experience with data center development.
* Additional language proficiency.
