We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Designer to spearhead critical design initiatives within our client’s highly collaborative Product Design team. This is a vital strategic engagement where design truly has a seat at the table, collaborating closely with engineering and product management from the very start. Your superpower of human-centered design will be the foundation for creating product experiences that users genuinely love.

Your impact will be massive and global: you will lead complex, large-scale projects that influence product strategy and fundamentally transform the way people work around the world by focusing on key product experience frameworks.

The Project: Driving World-Class Experience Frameworks

This engagement is centered around designing and standardizing the next generation of enterprise user experiences. You will be instrumental in defining foundational design systems and workflows that will be adopted across the client’s platform. Your primary responsibilities on this project will include:

• Leading complex design initiatives, delivering world-class experiences that directly influence the overall product strategy.
• Driving end-to-end product experiences, thoughtfully considering the full user and product ecosystems, workflow, and consistent design patterns.
• Developing foundational frameworks and guiding principles to standardize and align cross-team design work across the organization.
• Leading collaborative work streams with multidisciplinary teams (Product Management, Engineering) to ensure the delivered experiences deeply resonate with our users.
• Elevating the entire design practice by sharing knowledge and expertise about the new framework with colleagues, teams, and the broader design community.

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in design and product development to drive this project:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related fields.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Demonstrated experience in user experience design or relevant industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions grounded in human-centered design principles and research data.
• Proven ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on data, and successfully influence product experience strategy across a business unit or product line.
• Experience in developing foundational frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work.
• A track record of successfully bringing a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision.
• Possessing a growth mindset, actively broadening areas of inquiry and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges within the scope of this project.
