Our client is a forward-thinking group of educators, creators, and innovators passionate about transforming how students learn. They design hands-on STEAM learning tools and experiences for PreK–8 classrooms, combining academic rigor with creativity and real-world problem solving. Their mission is to inspire curiosity and make learning come alive through engaging, tactile experiences.
They’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Strategist who can craft compelling, conversion-oriented content that resonates with educators, administrators, and ministries of education. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing blogs, emails, advertorials, and lead-generation campaigns that attract and nurture prospects throughout the funnel.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute content aligned with brand goals and marketing strategy.
Write clear, engaging long-form and short-form content — including blogs, white papers, advertorials, and lead-gen assets — designed to drive awareness and conversions.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and audience relevance.
Conduct in-depth research on educational trends and classroom challenges to guide content creation.
Optimize all content for SEO, conversion, and brand tone.
Track and analyze performance metrics to continually improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
Stay current with trends in education, edtech, and digital marketing.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on experience creating high-impact marketing content.
Proven success writing lead-generation and conversion-focused copy for B2B audiences, ideally in the education or edtech space.
A strong understanding of educators’ needs, whether from direct teaching experience or marketing within the education sector.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for helping educators engage the next generation of learners.
Bonus Points For
Experience creating content for hands-on learning or educational technology brands.
Knowledge of modern digital marketing tactics and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with lead scoring, automation, or CRM tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
