This is a Technical Solutions Consultant 12 month contract role, paying £36.54ph PAYE – £40.38 p/h PAYE. This role is fully remote within the UK. Applicants must be currently living in the UK and eligible to work without the need for visa sponsorship.

As a key player on our client’s team, you will be the bridge between complex technical solutions and real-world business success, directly influencing how clients maximize their digital presence and achieve their marketing goals. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert, guiding clients and internal teams through the intricacies of advanced advertising solutions. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in resolving challenges, optimizing performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners. You’ll not only troubleshoot issues but also identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, directly contributing to scaled service delivery and operational excellence.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Become a subject matter expert on our diverse suite of advertising products and solutions, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues arising from client engagement with our advanced advertising platforms.
* Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to escalate potential bugs and drive their swift resolution.
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience by meticulously supporting advertising-related issues and consistently meeting all service level agreements.
* Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate workflows and support processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Professional experience in the digital advertising and/or technology industries.
* Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and managing ticket escalation processes.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions for non-technical audiences.
* Practical experience utilizing various advertising technologies, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
* Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
* Working knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.
