As part of our EMEA Consumer & Creator team, you’ll build powerful brand moments that shift perceptions, influence behaviour, and deliver measurable growth. You’ll turn insight into action, collaborate across global teams, and bring innovative ideas to life in fast-moving, culturally diverse markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel growth, using data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns — from insight to execution — creating work that connects with audiences on and off platform.
  • Partner with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to align strategy, while adapting for local market and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with Creator and Business teams to deliver unified go-to-market plans across consumer, creator, and commercial audiences.
  • Analyse performance data to uncover opportunities, optimise campaigns, and inform future growth strategies.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, driving innovation and experimentation across marketing teams.
  • Manage agencies and internal creative partners to deliver high-quality, locally resonant work.
  • Communicate with influence across all levels of the organisation to drive alignment and action.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in brand and consumer marketing, ideally within tech or a high-growth digital environment.
  • Proven success in building and executing integrated, insight-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong consumer brand background with experience across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Agency experience or agency management expertise is a plus.
  • Skilled in data analysis and strategic interpretation — you can spot an opportunity in the numbers and turn it into action.
  • Confident running complex, multi-market campaigns from strategy to launch.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments.
  • Experienced working in matrixed, global organisations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and its players — think TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Spotify, and beyond.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Creator marketing and activations that span consumer and business audiences.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional EMEA languages are a bonus.
