Our leading financial client is looking for a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join its team! Role can be based in San Antonio, TX or Tampa, FL.
Working with the Value of Membership and Advocacy (cause marketing) teams, you will assist in building the brand and raising brand awareness through innovative, multichannel and cross functional marketing campaigns. Reviews market research and competitive intelligence projects and results to identify and articulate customer, competitor and industry trends that impact possible new branding opportunities and directions. Compile, analyze and interpret data for in-market campaigns to make strategic and tactical recommendations or in the moment adjustments to help deliver against brand business / marketing objectives.
Job Description:
- Contributes to the development and delivery of go-to-market plans.
- Facilitates the integration of cross-functional collaboration and innovations by supplying knowledge between Business Partners and Marketing.
- Provides status updates on applicable marketing, sales and service activities to key team members and business partners.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Manages assigned Marketing budgets.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities that help support the development of marketing strategies.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 or more years of progressive related experience required.
- Subject-matter-expert understanding of the marketing function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Preferred Experience:
• Ability to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results.
• Exceptional organizational and budget management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cause marketing is a bonus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, eager to ask questions
• Background or familiarity with military service
