**What You’ll Do:**

* Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for diverse digital and print materials, including educational content (eLearning modules, presentations), websites, email campaigns, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
* Deliver brand guidelines and digital media assets, encompassing photos, graphics, and filmed/animated videos.
* Develop and refine processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
* Source and cultivate new story ideas, transforming them into engaging products for internal audiences.
* Manage the creative process end-to-end, from initial pitch and scriptwriting to budgeting, editing, music integration, and final cut.
* Continuously innovate and produce visually stunning content that captivates audiences and elevates storytelling standards.
* Stay abreast of the latest design and video trends, consistently enhancing content quality and impact.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4+ years of experience in video production and visual design.
* An available online portfolio showcasing your work is REQUIRED.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Ability to design effectively within standard office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
* Fluent understanding of print and digital production design principles.
* Strong knowledge of typographic, web, and brand design principles.
* Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a highly effective team collaborator.
* A genuine passion for creating visually stunning and engaging content.
