UX Designer
About the Role
We’re seeking a versatile UX Designer to join our team and drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital products. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of research, strategy, and design—collaborating directly with end users and modern software development teams to deliver high-quality experiences that solve real problems.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll conduct formal research, analyze data, and translate insights into compelling design solutions. You’ll be embedded within product teams, contributing to strategy, backlogs, and the overall design vision.
What You’ll Do
Research & Discovery
- Conduct user interviews and field research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Design and execute surveys to gather quantitative data
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product hypotheses and recommendations
- Apply usability principles and mental models to guide design strategy
Design & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using rapid visualization techniques
- Develop UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
- Design iconography, typography systems, and visual assets
- Translate user needs and research insights into polished interface designs
- Utilize Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and modern design tools
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with product managers and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute user stories and design recommendations to product backlogs
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders
- Document design processes, decisions, and rationale
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Proven experience in one or more disciplines: user research, interaction design, information architecture, or visual design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to final implementation
- Proficiency in design tools including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with rapid prototyping methods and tools
Key Skills
- Excellent visual design skills with expertise in typography and composition
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working in agile/modern software development environments
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
