Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for streamlining complex processes and driving global impact? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations professional to join a pivotal team responsible for the seamless delivery of marketing assets across the globe. This is your chance to play a central role in bringing captivating stories to millions, influencing how content reaches every corner of the world. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, fostering critical relationships, and ensuring our global campaigns resonate powerfully with diverse audiences. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of major content launches and the overall operational excellence of our global marketing efforts.
Expected duration of this position is until mid-June 2026. Flexibility to align with teams across diverse time zones is highly important – this may include occasional work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Global Campaign Distribution: Own the end-to-end global asset management, stakeholder coordination, timeline adherence, and distribution for assigned flagship content campaigns. This includes overseeing all asset types, from audio/visual and key art to production stills, social, and digital content.
- Strategic Campaign Prioritization: Proactively prioritize campaign deliverables, collaborating closely with global marketing teams to adapt to evolving market needs and shifting priorities across diverse territories.
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on active campaigns, providing clear and detailed communication on key campaign milestones across a global scale.
- Process Innovation: Support senior leadership in designing and implementing new global processes between marketing and creative functions, ensuring alignment with regional needs and best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Lead strategic marketing operational initiatives focused on continuous improvement of efficiencies and workflows.
- International Launch Support: Play a key role in supporting global teams to successfully execute new content launches in international regions.
- Content Production Workflow Management: Manage workflows and partnerships for local original content production across various regions, and contribute to developing processes for future expansion.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with critical licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and partners, providing exceptional service to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Media Relations, and Creative to ensure collective alignment with global strategic objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years of global project management experience, especially within EMEA and/or APAC regions.
- Expert knowledge of project management and production workflows within a dynamic media landscape.
- Deep understanding of various types of video and digital media.
- Proven ability as a team player with experience managing a high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules effectively.
- Flexibility to align with teams across diverse time zones, which may include occasional work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
