We are seeking a Program Manager for a 7-month on-site engagement in Beaverton, OR. visionary leader to orchestrate a pivotal transition within our client’s operational framework. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the upgrade of essential production infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition that will enhance manufacturing capabilities. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams, navigate complex challenges, and deliver a project with far-reaching impact across the organization. Responsibilities

* Accurately manage a comprehensive program schedule, integrating multiple underlying project schedules.
* Drive operational execution, consistently delivering on objectives within aggressive timelines.
* Facilitate the transition of critical manufacturing equipment, ensuring a smooth and effective upgrade.
* Engage in consistent and high-level communication and reporting with senior leadership regarding program status.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and continuity.
* Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering (design, tooling, process), facilities, project management, and quality teams.
* Ensure all project deliverables are met within the designated critical timeframe.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in a program management role preferred
* Proven ability to accurately manage complex program schedules.
* Extensive experience with project management software.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
* Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
* Strong experience in risk mitigation strategies
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to keep teams on track and motivated.
* Ability to drive operations and execute consistently on deliverables.
* Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
* Decisive and strategic, especially when prioritizing under pressure.
* Empathetic, fostering a culture of collaboration.
* Resilient and adaptable to change.
* Results-oriented mindset.
* A degree is preferred, though not a strict requirement.
* PMP certification is a plus.
