In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in guiding the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, for critical operational platforms. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that solutions are not only robust but also perfectly aligned with strategic objectives. Your leadership will be vital in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and delivering high-quality, user-centric outcomes that directly enhance consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overarching business needs and strategic goals.
* Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate closely with development, architecture, and quality assurance teams to drive efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and program increment (PI) planning, contributing to a cohesive and predictable development rhythm.
* Ensure end-to-end traceability from initial business requirements through to test cases and final demonstrations.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and formally accept stories upon successful completion and adherence to criteria.
* Lead or coordinate cross-functional project teams from design to delivery of fully-developed solutions.
* Monitor performance, recommend schedule adjustments, cost optimizations, or resource allocations to keep projects on track.
* Investigate facts and develop innovative solutions to problems encountered during design and planning phases.
* Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
* Identify solution gaps, define requirements, and engage with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and trends.
* Make independent determinations on appropriate courses of action, navigating ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner within Agile/SAFe environments.
* Hands-on expertise in workflow design, backlog management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
* Experience operating in large, complex, and regulated environments, particularly with operational workflows.
* 3+ years of technical experience.
* 5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience.
* A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Six Sigma Certification.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.17 to $46.86 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
