In this position, you will act as a driving force, an executive producer, for complex and high-impact content projects. **What you’ll do:**
* **Strategic Production Leadership:** Lead and influence the production of highest-quality creative content, defining and developing style, processes, and templates. You’ll devise creative solutions, bringing significant projects from conception to launch.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Management:** Establish and manage robust relationships with internal teams, including regional, product marketing, creative, production, legal, and business analysis, to ensure video projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* **External Partnership & Risk Mitigation:** Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on video asset production and localization, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
* **Visionary Content Development:** Set and own the creative and technical vision for content, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines, and initiating technical and creative changes to improve content and meet objectives.
* **Long-Term Strategy & Innovation:** Assist in developing long-term strategies for creative content production, proposing and defining different production styles and techniques to optimize digital media products.
* **Communication & Documentation Excellence:** Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks, while maintaining detailed project documentation.
* **Talent & Resource Management:** Evaluate third-party resources, influence agencies and partners, attract and develop creative talent, and lead the evaluation of development proposals.
* **Championing Inclusivity:** Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and code of conduct. Champion psychological safety, be sensitive to cultural norms, mitigate biases, and help others learn about new identities and cultures to expand viewpoints and relationships.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Content Management.

Client Description
As a Senior Marketing Producer, you help lead outcomes for a single complex or multiple large content creation and production projects as a key individual contributor, acting as an executive producer with a PA. You help develop long-term strategy development for the production of content and media products that address the needs of diverse audiences. Serving as an internal subject matter expert, you demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations. You own and develop innovative, new, and high-impact solutions for production and content development problems that may be ambiguous and lacking clear precedent. Influencing stakeholders with competing objectives to align on vision and outcomes in the best interest of the company, you develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc.
Responsibilities include:
– Establish, collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams: Regional Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, XFN Production, Legal and BA team to drive video projects to meet business objectives, timing and budget requirements.
– Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on the production and localization of video assets. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
– Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks. And maintain detailed project documentation.
