**About the Role**
You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of an installation network designed to scale the deployment of innovative energy products, including advanced charging systems, stationary storage, and comprehensive energy management solutions. This dynamic role involves setting up and commercializing a managed installation network, supporting turn-key installer operations, and ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and scalability across multiple regions. You will be at the heart of operational excellence, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the setup, support, operation, and optimization of a certified network of installation providers.
* Track and develop metrics to manage projects, control costs, adhere to timelines, identify operational risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate extensively with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and third-party firms to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality equipment installations.
* Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), conduct regular performance reviews, implement corrective actions, and advise on process improvements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for installers throughout the entire installation process.
* Assist in the creation of comprehensive training and installation resources for various energy products.
* Ensure all installations comply with local codes, utility requirements, and stringent safety standards.
* Assemble and maintain a meticulous documentation repository for permits, inspections, interconnection agreements, incentives, and regulatory compliance.
* Contribute to other essential responsibilities as necessary, including surveys and data analysis.
**What You’ll Bring**
We are seeking a collaborative and passionate self-starter who excels at critical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and scalability in process development.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
* **Experience:** 3+ years of project management experience, in residential construction, electrical installations, residential solar, storage, or EV infrastructure.
* **Operational Excellence:**
A proven track record of proactive operational excellence, with experience developing, tracking, and managing operations for trade-based, electrical, or equivalent service networks.
* **Essential Expertise:**
* Mandatory hands-on experience with EV chargers.
* Required familiarity with home energy systems.
* Core competencies in solar home batteries, EV chargers, and home energy systems.
* **Skills:**
* Excellent communication, time-management, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard project management tools.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* PMP or equivalent certification.
* Licensed electrician background.
* Comfort with reading and critiquing site plan sets, permitting, and utility application procedures.

This is an remote position but candidates must be located in the United States. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is 55-60/hr based on experience.. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
