As a Digital Experience Strategist and Program Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting the next generation of online shopping experiences, particularly within the company’s fastest-growing mobile platform. You’ll be a key player in translating complex insights into actionable strategies, directly influencing how customers discover, engage with, and purchase cutting-edge products.

** Please note this is a hybrid role in Austin, TX, or Cupertino, CA. **

You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). 

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead the development of end-to-end digital customer experience strategies for critical online shopping channels.
* Translate relevant customer insights and market trends into creative ideas and detailed business requirements for new application features and experiences.
* Craft compelling and visually engaging narratives through masterful presentations, communicating complex strategies to executive audiences.
* Conduct deep-dive audits of current customer behavior and existing experiences, identifying actionable opportunities for enhancement.
* Analyze and compile application trends and insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, forming coherent narratives for leadership.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the mobile application, aiming to boost user awareness and adoption.
* Perform external industry benchmarking research to identify relevant inspiration and innovative opportunities for integration.
* Represent the business and customer experience perspective on various capital projects, defining the strategic direction for new application features.
* Create and present strategic briefs and presentations that document business priorities, opportunities, and performance.
* Regularly measure and report on program performance, including the creation of financial business cases.
* Act as a vital digital experience liaison, collaborating with core cross-functional partners including Product, Marketing Communications, Merchandising, and others, providing actionable feedback and ensuring the efficient delivery of application-centric projects.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 4+ years of experience working in a strategy or customer experience function.
* Demonstrated ability to create end-to-end digital customer experience strategies, leveraging customer insights and trends to ideate and develop business requirements for new features.
* Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging and visually appealing narratives for various audiences, including executives.
* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities to assess large amounts of complex data and distill it into insightful, actionable takeaways.
* Deep knowledge of and passion for the global retail or e-commerce B2C industry, ideally within the technology sector.
* Proven analytical and reporting skills, including creating clear visualizations, uncovering root causes, simplifying complexity, and synthesizing clear insights for data-driven decisions.
* Experience working with senior executives and translating complex business analysis and research into strategic decision-making.
* A problem-solver mindset amidst ambiguity, capable of flexible adaptation and making quick, pragmatic decisions with limited information.
* Proactive bias for action and resourcefulness.
* A balanced approach combining creative thinking with analytical rigor and a data-driven mindset.
* A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with cross-functional and global partners, influencing effectively without direct authority.
* Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment that respects differences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven track record in gifting, strategy consulting, and/or gifting experience.
* Hands-on experience with a variety of business analytics tools such as leading analytics platforms, data visualization software, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
* Proficiency in leading presentation software for sophisticated presentations.
