**What You’ll Do:**

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our public websites. Your expertise will directly contribute to the health and performance of our digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all users. You will:

* Serve as a primary contact for web publishing efforts, coordinating with internal teams to submit requests, review staged content, and facilitate the approval process.
* Analyze reports from digital analytics tools, collaborating with the digital strategy team to interpret findings and implement necessary improvements.
* Address various website issues identified in maintenance reports, such as correcting page titles, meta descriptions, and image sizing to optimize content quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on content management defect reporting, assisting with triage and documentation for submission to development teams.
* Contribute to user acceptance testing and quality assurance for web pages as they are migrated to new content management systems, supporting a major website modernization project.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Two years of professional work experience in a marketing-related field.
* Demonstrated understanding of web content management tools, web best practices, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and priorities.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
* Experience working in Content Management Systems with an understanding of web design, UX, and SEO best practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
* Ability to analyze data to interpret trends and provide insights to management.
* Ability to foresee challenges and proactively recommend web design solutions that help meet user needs and achieve business goals.
